We are looking for a full-time Switchboard Operator to join our team!
This role would involve working shifts both weekends and during the week and the working hours are 10:00 to 18:30.
Main Responsibilities:
* Answer the switchboard in a warm and welcoming manner, effectively transferring calls.
* Have a full knowledge of all hotel facilities and opening hours.
* Monitor and update the hotel's call back system with accurate information.
* Assist with administration tasks.
What are we looking for?
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills
* Excellent telephone manner
* Be able to work on your own initiative & cope well under pressure
* Previous work experience in a similar role or as a Receptionist would be an advantage, but not essential.
