Energy Management Centre Operations Lead
We are seeking an experienced Energy Management Centre Operations Lead to join our EMC in Ireland.
The EMC manages all energy assets across Europe, including Gas Peaking Power Plants and Battery Energy Storage Systems. As EMC Operations Lead, you will be responsible for effectively managing the Control Room team to maximize asset availability and efficiency.
* Drive a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, best practices, and contractual obligations.
* Monitor and optimize energy asset performance, managing event notifications and maintaining accurate operational records.
* Prepare reports on asset availability and performance within service level agreements, supporting the onboarding of new assets and process improvements.
