Intermediate Planner (Civils) A leading civil engineering contractor is seeking an Intermediate Construction Planner to join their team on a high-profile civil engineering project in Grange Castle, Dublin. This is an immediate start position and offers a great opportunity for someone with civil works experience to further their planning career. Experience on data centre projects is preferred. The successful candidate will spend the majority of their time on-site, supporting planning activities, coordinating construction schedules, and gaining hands-on experience in programme management and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining project programmes Monitor on-site progress and report delays or issues to senior planners Support the preparation of lookahead schedules, dashboards, and progress reports Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors Ensure planning deliverables meet company and client standards Learn and develop planning skills under guidance from senior planning staff Requirements: Experience in civil construction works is essential Experience in data centre projects is preferred Strong organisational, communication, and analytical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and planning software Positive attitude and ability to work on-site at Grange Castle Available to start immediately Salary & Benefits: €50,000 €60,000 per year depending on experience Excellent opportunity to develop within a leading civil engineering contractor Hands-on experience on a major project Supportive team environment and clear career progression If you are a motivated Intermediate Construction Planner looking to gain valuable on-site experience and grow with a leading company, please send your CV or contact Amy Maguire for a confidential discussion.
