Red D are recruiting a Human Resources Manager for a luxury hotel in Co. Kildare. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join one of Irelands most respected hospitality destinations and play a key role in supporting its people and culture. About the Role As HR Manager, youll oversee all aspects of the HR function, ensuring recruitment, training, compliance and employee engagement are managed to the highest standard. Youll act as a trusted advisor to the management team, fostering a positive, supportive and compliant workplace culture. This is a fully office-based position and would suit a proactive professional with proven experience in HR management, ideally within hospitality.
