The Role As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the advanced maintenance and technical support of the clients high-value machinery fleet throughout Ireland. This is a field-based position requiring a blend of technical expertise, independence, and strong customer focus. Key Responsibilities: Perform complex diagnostic testing, scheduled maintenance, and reactive repairs on mechanical, advanced hydraulic, and electrical systems. Utilize proprietary digital diagnostic tools and software for precise fault resolution and system recalibration. Manage independent travel across Ireland in a fully equipped service vehicle to provide on-site customer support. Maintain accurate service records and provide professional technical consultation to clients. Candidate Requirements Proven experience as a Service Engineer or Technician working with heavy plant, large vehicles, or high-tech industrial machinery. Exceptional ability in hydraulic system diagnostics and repair. A clean, full driving license and the essential flexibility required for extensive nationwide travel.
