Customs Manager
with strong UK and/or Irish Customs expertise and proven leadership potential. This role combines operational excellence with team development and strategic oversight.

Founded in late 2020, Customs Complete was created to respond to supply chain challenges following Brexit and has grown rapidly since. We operate across Ireland, the UK, and France, with offices in Galway, London, Le Havre, and Barcelona.

What you'll do
* Submit UK & Irish Customs declarations and ensure compliance
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
* Drive operational excellence through workflows and KPIs
* Identify risks and process improvements across the supply chain
* Build strong relationships with clients and authorities
* Spot opportunities for efficiency and revenue growth
What We're Looking For
* 3+ years in Customs, logistics, or supply chain
* Strong Customs/import-export knowledge
* Some team or project leadership experience
* Professional-level English (C1–C2); French is a plus
* Proactive, adaptable, and resilient under pressure
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
