We'd love to hear from you if you have a passion for innovation, a strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, legislation, and a commitment to best practice system improvements with an employee experience focus. The ideal candidate will have:
- At least four years' experience in a leadership role within HR Operations, preferably in a global or complex organisational context.
- Strong knowledge of HR Information Systems (HRIS) and experience leading improvements/upgrades.
- A proven track record of enhancing HR operational processes and delivering high-quality, scalable HR services.
- Experience coaching, developing, and supporting team members for performance and growth.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices across multiple jurisdictions.

What we can offer you:

You will report to the Global Employee Experience Manager. The position is a fixed-term contract for one year, based in Maynooth, Ireland, or Belfast, Northern Ireland. You will manage a team of three professionals.
