Job Description:
The Service Support Coordinator plays a pivotal role in overseeing the reactive workload of the Irish service department.
This position ensures that all service operations are executed efficiently, professionally, and in compliance with approved procedures and quality standards.
The successful candidate will possess strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Oracle, although this is not a requirement.
