Job Title: Operations Supervisor
The role of Operations Supervisor involves overseeing the day-to-day activities of a water treatment plant. This includes monitoring and controlling plant performance, preparing operational reports, and coordinating maintenance tasks.
* Ensure optimal plant performance through regular monitoring and control.
* Prepare monthly operational reports and method statements to document plant activities.
* Manage site staff and subcontractors to achieve operational objectives.
* Coordinate maintenance activities and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
Key Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering or Management
* Relevant trade qualification (mechanical/electrical)
* Experience in water treatment site management
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
