Looking for an Inside Sales Specialist for a global construction equipment company based in West Dublin. In this role, you will be in charge of driving growth and maintaining long-term customer partnerships. Key Responsibilities:
* Strengthen existing partnerships and re-engage with lapsed clients through regular client engagement.
* Meet or exceed sales targets and pricing goals through proactive outreach and consultative selling.
* Support the external sales team by arranging meetings with existing clients.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Maintain accurate sales forecasts, customer records, and insights to support strategic decision-making.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in B2B sales and customer relationship management, ideally in a technical or service-oriented industry.
* Confident using Microsoft Office, CRM systems (e.g., SAP), and capable of handling multiple priorities with ease.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with both internal stakeholders and external customers.
