Key responsibilities include:

* Processing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions

* Managing timesheets and raising purchase orders (POs)

* Carrying out debt collection activities in a professional manner

* Reconciling transport fuel cards and preparing bank lodgements

* Handling administrative tasks such as taxing/untaxing machinery and ordering stationery

Requirements:

* Previous experience in an accounts administration role

* Strong IT skills, ideally with Sage accounting software
">
* Practical background, ideally within construction, agriculture, or a similar environment

* Strong character, able to work independently and take initiative

* Good communication skills with a confident, professional manner
