Senior Product Owner – Insurance, SaaS (Dublin | €80–90k DOE)

An established and innovative insurance organisation is seeking a hands-on, Senior Product Owner to join its growing product team. This is an impactful opportunity for a delivery-focused professional who thrives on leading sprint planning, refining backlogs, and ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams, including UX, development, and business analysis, from discovery through to go-live.
In this role, you will take ownership of a brand-new product from end to end, working closely with internal teams to build a new medical insurance software platform from scratch. The company is now embedding AI capabilities into the product to enhance prediction models, streamline routine tasks, and unlock data-driven insights across multiple carriers—creating a unique opportunity to contribute to a forward-looking digital transformation.
You will report to the Head of Product and work alongside another experienced Product Owner. With plans to expand the team by 3–4 additional hires before the end of the year, you will play a key role in shaping how product is delivered and scaled within the organisation.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience as a Product Owner, ideally within SaaS, insurance, or financial services environments. A background in development, underwriting, or business analysis would be beneficial.
This is a hybrid role, based in South Dublin, with a move to Dublin City Centre planned for next year. The position requires 2 days per week in the office, working with a collaborative and high-performing team.

Skills / Experience Required:
* 5 + years of experience as a hands-on Product Owner
* Experience in insurance / financial services organisations
* Experience with SaaS products
Salary / Renumeration:
€80,000 – €90,000 + Strong Benefits Package (Bonus, Pension, Healthcare, etc.) + Only 2 days in office and MORE!
