Join a dynamic team as we seek a skilled Support Officer to lead the delivery of our Industry Digitalisation programme. As part of our Public Sector organisation, you will be responsible for supporting large-scale digital transformation and data programmes aimed at improving competitiveness and productivity in Ireland's tourism businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the administration and management of digital transformation projects;
Manage project processes including applications, grant approvals, agreements, and claims;
Maintain accurate data using CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics or similar);
& • Conduct research on emerging technologies relevant to tourism businesses;
Monitor industry trends and provide insights for programme development;
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders for effective delivery;
(ċ )Prepare reports for monitoring and evaluation purposes
(previous experience required). The ideal candidate will have 2 years’ experience in Tourism/Digital/Communications/Project Management.,
