Talent Coordinator – Fixed Term
Job Title: Talent Coordinator (6 months) Reports to: Learning Specialist
Purpose of the Role

As part of the Talent team, we work together to deliver practical, scalable solutions that support learning and development across the business. As a Talent Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of learning initiatives. You’ll be responsible for day‑to‑day administrative processes and a wide range of support tasks that underpin our learning programmes and services.
Key Responsibilities
Supplier Onboarding: Onboarding of new suppliers in accordance with legal processes for L&D plus wider Talent team.
Purchase Order Management: Create and manage purchase orders, process payments, and address supplier queries.
Contract Renewal Oversight: Proactively manage contract renewals to prevent any interruptions in service delivery.
Learning Event Coordination and Reporting: Coordinate attendees and generate data reports for learning events for L&D and DEIB.
Budget Management: Oversee payment allocation and cross charges, reporting data, tracking costs, managing variances, and conducting monthly accrual reviews in collaboration with the Finance team.
ELS Management: Maintain real‑time information for ELS requests and year‑to‑date data, while monitoring trends and shifts in learner engagement.
Comprehensive Data Reporting: Provide detailed data reports for various purposes, including functional business requests, ELS utilisation statistics, L&D event outcomes, and other ad hoc activities as needed.
Monitor enterprise licenses: renewals and subscriptions with third‑party vendors to ensure uninterrupted access.
Learning team queries: Act as the first point of contact for learning‑related queries via email and Slack; proactively resolve issues and escape when needed to maintain smooth operations.
Event Logistics: provide support for virtual, offsite or onsite events ensuring seamless execution as needed across Talent team.
Policy and Process Improvement: Review and recommend enhancements to policies and processes to ensure they meet business needs, support compliance, and deliver a smooth, user‑friendly experience.
Qualifications
Required skills: budget management.
Required languages: Bulgarian, English.
