We are looking for an experienced restaurant supervisor. You must have previous restaurant experience, ideally in a fast-food / quick-serve environment. Candidates with supervisor experience in similar industries are also welcomed.

Zambrero is Mexican with a Mission. We are a quick service restaurant that was founded in 2005 by philanthropist and entrepreneur Dr Sam Prince and have quickly grown to over 300 restaurants around the world.

Supervisor
We have an exciting opportunity available for a superstar supervisor who is ready to grow their career.
As supervisor you will be responsible for efficiently running your shift.
* You will promote teamwork and a great customer experience
* You will ensure food quality and presentation is of a high standard
* You will maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant in both customer facing and back of house areas
Position Duties
This key role includes the following responsibilities:
* Leading team members in efficient day to day shift operations
* Ensuring great-tasting, high-quality food is served and exceptional customer service is maintained at all times
* Monitoring portion control and maintaining stock levels for meal periods
* Assisting in the training of new team members
* Assisting with managing daily and weekly cleaning of the production areas, dining room and general restaurant
