Base pay range
Our client is looking for a skilled Senior Network Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting our Cisco solution. This role will involve providing level 2/3 support, monitoring, maintenance, and implementing ongoing enhancements to optimize our network security.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and support the Cisco solution across the organization
* Provide level 2/3 support for issues or incidents
* Monitor and maintain the Cisco solution to ensure optimal performance
* Implement new features and enhancements to improve network security
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Cisco with other network components
* Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to network security technology
* Managing of switch configuration templates
Requirements:
* Must hold a Cisco Certified Network Professional certification (CCNP) or CCNP Security certification.
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
* 3+ years of experience in network engineering with a focus on Cisco networking
* Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices
* Experience with implementing and managing Cisco in a global environment
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
