Key Responsibilities:
* Organize and lead the preparation and presentation of all food and hospitality services to the highest standards.
* Recruit, lead, develop, motivate, and manage a team of culinary professionals to deliver superior food and service.
* Develop solid and trusted client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service delivery.
* Drive sales through effective marketing and promotions strategies.
* Manage all aspects of health and safety and food safety within the kitchen environment.

About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Experience of leading and managing teams in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior culinary role.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
* Knowledge of HSE guidelines and regulations in the food industry.
