Our aim is to provide quality healthcare for patients and a happy working environment for staff.
We value continuity of care which improves patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.
The practice population is approximately 7000 and our boundary is set at 5 miles.

Workload is shared equally and well managed.
Home visits are infrequent.
We are a training practice with 2 trainers and are very involved in undergraduate teaching for both UU and QUB.
We currently have 2 ST3 trainees attached to the practice.
Our premises are spacious, modern and purpose built.
The centre is in good decorative order with a bright ambience.
We are connected on site to a leisure centre and our premises are adjacent to a park with views of Cavehill.

We have 2 superb practice-based pharmacists and an attached cognitive behaviour therapist.
MDT role out is expected in autumn 2025.
We have an excellent, full time practice manager supporting the whole team.
Practice income is excellent and comparable to other local practices (previously high QOF attainment).

1 week study leave is available each year.
We have not experienced difficulty in taking leave or booking locums.
We are looking for a well-rounded, common sense GP to join our practice.
We are seeking 6-7 sessions per week but would consider a candidate starting on 5 sessions for an initial period and working up.
Our new partner would be involved in undergraduate teaching and we are happy for them to develop other clinical interests within the partnership.

Informal visits to meet us are welcome, please contact our manager.
We anticipate interviews will be on 23rd of June but we can be flexible if a candidate has existing commitments.
