We are seeking a Contract Specialist to play a pivotal part in preparing, verifying, and executing invoicing for an assigned portfolio of accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and execute invoicing via electronic processing and reporting for assigned accounts.
2. Maintain client relationships and balance accounts.
3. Investigate discrepancies in accounts and reconcile data.
4. Monitor contract progression concerning invoicing units.
5. Collaborate with the Revenue team to ensure timely billing.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
* Experience in contract analysis, finance, or related field preferred.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
