Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Online English Teacher to teach students of all ages and proficiency levels in a virtual classroom environment (ClassIn). As an Online English Teacher, you will deliver engaging and interactive lessons, help students improve their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills, and provide constructive feedback to support their learning and progress.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct engaging and interactive English lessons for individuals or groups of students.
* Teach English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, speaking, writing, and listening comprehension.
* Monitor students' progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust teaching methods to meet their learning styles and goals.
* Offer personalized support and encouragement to students to enhance their language skills.
* Maintain a positive and professional classroom environment, ensuring students feel comfortable and motivated to participate.
* Use online teaching tools, platforms, and resources effectively to deliver lessons.
* Stay updated with current teaching methods, materials, and trends in online education.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field (preferred).
* TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification (required).
* Previous experience teaching English online (preferred).
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and in a friendly manner.
* Familiarity with online teaching platforms.
* Patience, flexibility, and a passion for teaching.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* A stable internet connection, computer, and headset.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience teaching students from different cultural backgrounds.
* Knowledge of different proficiency tests (e.g., TOEFL, IELTS) and exam preparation strategies.
* Creativity in lesson planning and the ability to make lessons fun and engaging.
