The Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Management Team in the store to deliver on all results and targets.Duties include:Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.Manage and supervise a team of sales assistants.Provide training and development to staff.Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.Maintain high standards of visual merchandising.Manage stock levels.Handle customer inquiries and complaints.Ensure a clean and safe store environment.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Manage cash handling and financial transactions.Maintain strong product knowledge.Foster a positive and productive work environment.Ensure excellent customer service at all times.Requirements:Proven experience as a Store Supervisor or similar role.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.Ability to handle cash and financial transactions accurately.Strong problem-solving skills.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising.Ability to train and develop staff.Strong attention to detailInterested candidates can share their CV to
