One Arena is looking for another exceptional human to join our coaching team.
Our gyms are growing fast, and we must add another A-game player to our team to continue our mission.
Company description
One Arena was established in 2016. We opened our first gym on Pouladuff Road in 2019, followed by our second club in Passage West in April 2023. Our third club is coming soon. We are Cork's leading health and fitness club, offering group personal coaching.
Our ideal candidate is passionate about coaching, customer experience, being able to handle a variety of tasks and being very organised.
Duties:
* Delivering industry-leading coaching to small and large groups.
* Assist in driving revenue with regular sales tasks and administration duties.
* Session design and plan for the month ahead
* Conduct client consultations & health screens that are reliable and valid using the standardised One Arena methods.
* Provide a high level of customer service, motivation and positive feedback
* Display good communication, interpersonal, and listening skills to meet clients' differing needs.
* Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
* Attend meetings, mentoring, training sessions, training courses, in-house gym events and external competitions.
* Prioritise requests, manage own time and communicate with staff and team members.
* Cleaning duties and general gym upkeep where required and reporting all incidents
* Uphold personal and client safety with an injury prevention first approach.
