Zachary Daniels Recruitment is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-performing team in Dublin for a globally recognised luxury brand.
The Role:
This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a flagship store and drive its success through:
KPI Implementation & Achievement: Strategically implement and track key performance indicators to ensure the store meets and exceeds targets, while maximising profitability.
Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop innovative strategies, drive store initiatives, and elevate brand presence.
Clienteling Excellence: Create an outstanding, tailored customer experience, building long-lasting relationships and loyalty.
Team Development & Culture: Foster a positive, people-first environment by coaching and developing a high-performing team, inspiring them to deliver excellence every day.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior retail leader within the luxury or premium retail sector.
Demonstrated success in driving KPIs, delivering commercial results, and implementing strategies to maximise performance.
Exceptional leadership and coaching skills with a strong ability to build a motivated and engaged team.
A client-centric mindset with expertise in creating personalised, memorable shopping experiences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to leverage strategic relationships and partnerships.
