Relief Chef Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced relief chef to fill a temporary position within our team. This role involves part-time and full-time work on weekends and weekdays, requiring flexibility in your availability.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in a busy kitchen environment and be able to commute within the Tipperary area and surrounding locations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food to a high standard of quality and presentation.
* Stock Management: Assist in stock management and quality control.
* Food Safety: Practice high food safety and hygiene standards.
* Team Communication: Maintain excellent communication within the team and lead by example.
* SOP Compliance: Ensure SOPs and food safety control practices are adhered to at all times.

Requirements:
* A minimum level 2 chef qualification.
* At least 1-2 years' experience in a busy kitchen or catering environment.
* A strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices.
* A passion for food and exceptional service skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Exceptional practical chef skills with the ability to manage a busy kitchen.
