Key Job Details

A temporary Business Support Manager is required to work on a full-time basis (35 hours per week) with our client in Ireland.


Responsibilities:

* Manage administrative, financial and support functions within a large or complex organisation.
* Liaise effectively between senior management, internal departments and external partners.
* Oversee financial processes, contracts, service level agreements and compliance with governance requirements.
* Coordinate estates, capital projects, procurement and ICT.
* Ensure excellent organisational and communication skills, meeting tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities.


Requirements:

* A minimum of three years management experience, including responsibility for staff supervision, budgets and general administration.
* Full clean driving licence and access to a car for travel across the service area.
* Public sector experience at management level is highly desirable.
* Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
