Our vision is to provide the UK and Ireland's best customer-focused service, alongside ensuring a positive team culture that promotes growth, success, trust, and wellbeing.About the RoleWe are seeking experienced Construction Team Leaders to join our expanding operations team in County Roscommon during an exciting time of rapid growth. As a Team Leader, you will lead a team of two primarily at homeowner's properties around the Republic of Ireland. You'll lead site works, including building, remediation, reinstatement and OFTEC works, supervising team members on site to deliver projects in a timely manner while ensuring all works meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and professionalism.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise Labourers on site, ensuring their health and safety is maintained at all timesCarry out works under the direction of the Contracts Manager and/or Operations ManagerRun projects according to previously agreed schedules and budgetsUtilise your own initiative, skills and knowledge where appropriateDrive machinery and undertake hand dig excavation works to facilitate contamination removalCoordinate ordering of materials and skips to site to maintain schedule of worksAssist with collecting photographs throughout all stages of works for comprehensive documentationCarry out works in accordance with health and safety regulations, including relevant RAMS documentationFollow structural engineer's drawings/plans to carry out propping works safely, including brickwork and blockworkEnsure sites are kept tidy, clean and safe throughout all project phasesSkills, Knowledge & ExpertiseEssential Requirements:Experience in a similar role running construction projects on site with appreciation for health and safetyFull EU driving licenceGood general building knowledge with a willingness to learn new skillsStrong organisation and problem-solving skillsUnderstanding of project budgets and timelinesAbility to undertake a variety of physically demanding tasksWillingness to work outdoors in all weather conditionsPositive attitude with a motivated approach and able to use own initiativeBasic Irish Garda Clearance checkRight to work in the Republic of IrelandWillingness to work away from home when necessaryDesirable:5-6 years of construction experiencePrevious supervisory experienceDigger licencesOFTEC qualifications or experiencePrevious experience in oil spill remediation or environmental restorationKnowledge of structural propping worksCSCS/CSR CardSalary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of €40,000 - €45,000 per annum (dependent on experience) and provide a comprehensive range of benefits including:Permanent contract working 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday on siteOvertime paid at an enhanced rate where applicableHoliday entitlement increasing with service (20 days rising to 25 days plus bank holidays)Company pension schemeLife insurance (2x annual salary)Company van with fuel cardEnhanced sick pay after qualifying periodEmployee assistance programmeOvernight allowances and reasonable expenses when working awaySEED Environmental is an equal opportunities employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.To apply, please submit your CV and a covering letter explaining why you're the right fit for this role.About Seed
