Head of Products – Climeaction
Join Climeaction as the Head of Products and lead the strategy, development, and commercial success of our digital product portfolio, starting with VSAg and ESGo.
You will translate customer needs, market intelligence, and internal technical expertise into high-performing, commercially viable products that scale across global supply chains.
Base Pay Range
Full-time, Cork or Kilkenny, Ireland – competitive salary, career progression, and meaningful mission-driven work.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for VSAg, ESGo, and future platforms.
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to rollout, translating customer problems into clear product requirements and user journeys.
Establish Agile or hybrid delivery processes and coach the product team to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
Develop and execute go-to-market plans, define commercial models, pricing structures, and early adoption pathways.
Act as the voice of the customer, build strong relationships with customers, partners, investors, and industry bodies, and gather structured feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Coach and mentor the product team, establish product management best practices, documentation standards, and governance processes.
Define and track product-level KPIs, including adoption, retention, user activity, satisfaction, and revenue growth, and align product improvements with Climeaction's fast-evolving global market opportunities.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Minimum 5 years experience in product management or digital product leadership.
Experience bringing SaaS or data-driven platforms to market, ideally in supply chain, agriculture, ESG, industrial decarbonization, or related sectors.
Demonstrated ability to scale products from MVP to commercial rollout.
Strong experience working with engineering and design teams in Agile environments.
Commercial experience including pricing models, customer value analysis, and GTM execution.
Proven stakeholder management experience at senior levels.
Degree in engineering, business, computer science, environmental sciences, or a related discipline.
