Private Equity Accounting Role
The role is focused on providing high-quality service to clients in the private equity department. The successful candidate will assist in all aspects of administration, including fund accounting, transfer agency, and financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver excellent service to assigned clients.
* Prepare interim and annual financial statements for private equity funds.
* Manage communication with clients and external auditors.
* Meet client service level agreements and regulatory filing deadlines.
Requirements:
* Hold a recognized professional accounting qualification.
* Detailed knowledge of Irish/UK GAAP/US GAAP and IFRS.
* Working knowledge of the Irish regulatory regime as it relates to fund accounting and financial reporting.
