* Respond to service requests in a timely and effective manner, providing expert technical guidance to colleagues and stakeholders.
* Provide technical assistance to users across the organization, both in-person and remotely.
* Manage user accounts and access controls to ensure secure and efficient access to company resources.
* Analyze and troubleshoot IT-related issues, using data and problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical problems.
