Product Marketing Manager- FTC 12 Month
Cpl is a full talent solutions business, our services span from recruitment to managed services and business processing outsourcing. We are currently transforming our brand and building our suite of service capabilities.
We are looking for a Product Marketing manager, to support services features and benefits development, value propositions and Go To Market Strategies. Initially this will be a 12 month contract role to support the transformation of Sales and Marketing.
Duties
1. Develop clear value proposition across our range of services
2. Following on from brand narrative project, support the development of messaging frameworks for digital, CRM, sales enablement, and social media.
3. Support go-to-market plans for existing and new service offerings
4. Partner with marketing, content and sales teams to build integrated multi-channel campaigns.
5. Map client journeys and identify opportunities to improve conversion.
6. Use customer insights (analytics, surveys, platform data) to refine messaging and services.
7. Produce service collateral: pitch decks, product pages, explainer content, value props
8. Enable sales and consultant teams with training materials and positioning documents.
Requirements
9. 5+ years in product marketing, content and digital marketing. Must have demonstrable experience in developing value propositions and support go to market strategies
10. Strong Project Management and stakeholder engagement skills are essential
11. Ability to translate data into insights and actionable recommendations.
12. Strong communication and storytelling skills.
13. Eye for design (partner with in house design team) Experience of creating sales content in multiple formats
14. Experience with CRM, CMS and marketing tools (Salesforce, etc.) a plus
15. AI adaptable
