Senior Leadership Role
We are seeking a highly experienced professional to join our team as an Associate Director in Pen Injector Product Development.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the development of core technologies for Pen Injectors and Auto Injectors. This role requires strategic leadership, technical expertise, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with stakeholders to align objectives and leverage market insights.
* Develop and implement strategies related to Pen and Auto Injectors.
* Analyze the competitive landscape and identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities in injector technologies.
* Ensure new products are designed for high-volume manufacturing and assembly.
* Uphold design, quality, and safety standards in line with regulatory requirements.
* Lead and inspire a lean, high-performing team to deliver innovative products.
* Collaborate closely with the Engineering Group to maximize talent development and technical impact.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in Pen Injector Design is highly desirable.
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred.
* Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in cross-functional matrix organizations.
* At least 10 years' experience in the medical device industry, particularly developing mechanical-based consumable devices.
