Job Title:
We are seeking a skilled Contract Technician to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with experience in implementing field trials, soil analysis, organic manure testing and support for precision equipment setup.
About the Role
* To provide technical support for the implementation of the SoilCycle Project including field trials, soil analysis and organic manure testing.
* Support researchers and advisors in delivering field days, demonstrations and farmer/contractor training sessions.
* Liaise with farmers, contractors and laboratory staff to ensure timely sample delivery and data flow.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work as part of a team on-site or remotely. They must also possess problem-solving skills which will enable them to effectively manage tasks under pressure while maintaining quality results. A high level of attention detail is crucial along with adapting quickly into challenging situations. The right person should have enthusiasm about their role along having time management abilities that align perfectly throughout daily routines.
