Key Responsibilities
* Develop a customer-centric approach to drive brand growth and customer loyalty.
* Lead the development of a unified customer view to enhance engagement and revenue across both B2B and B2C segments.
* Design and implement a retention marketing strategy focused on increasing purchase frequency and value for both B2B and B2C segments.
* Oversee the development of a multi-channel customer engagement platform, incorporating email, SMS, push, direct mail, and outbound calls.
* Optimize the overall CRM strategy using predictive analytics based on integrated internal and external data sources.
Requirements
* Possess extensive experience in customer experience and retention with proven expertise in building and advancing customer loyalty/CRM strategies.
* Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as marketing or business administration.
* Have at least 5 years of senior-level experience in a complex data environment.
