Job Description:
Claims Analyst Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide product information to branches and their customers.
* Manage life insurance claims related documentation and requests to appropriate recipients.
* Register detailed information on single or groups of live policies in the appropriate systems.
* Reconcile legal documents in line with agreed procedures.
* Guide new and existing customers through the policy process for the client.
* Resolve customer claims on a day-to-day basis in an efficient and timely manner.
* Record customer information and issues in the appropriate systems and ensure that records are maintained and kept up to date.
* Provide daily and weekly reports on issues when occurred.
* Monitor, respond, and report on customer feedback, as instructed.
* Troubleshoot system and business process problems and escalate when required.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1-year previous relevant work experience, ideally in the insurance sector or claims processing area.
* Previous experience in reviewing and analysing documentation.
* Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
* Immediate eligibility to work in Ireland.
* A deep-rooted passion for delivering success.

* Customer-oriented, enthusiastic, courteous, assertive with an excellent attention to detail and procedures.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Experience of working with a recognised CRM system.
* An ability to prioritise own workload, work to strict deadlines, and effectively manage time.
* A professional manner with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* A demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic environment.
