Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored solutions and responsive communication to drive client satisfaction and sales growth through proactive lead generation and objection handling.
* Establish strong relationships with clients, generating new business opportunities by chasing leads and developing strategic partnerships.
* Ensure accurate and timely updates of customer information in compliance with GDPR guidelines and regulations, maintaining secure data management practices.
* Manage client accounts efficiently, processing renewals and mid-term adjustments while maintaining thorough documentation.
* Respond to incoming calls, capturing vital customer contact information for seamless communication and updating records accordingly.
* Monitor changes in customer details and update the system promptly.
* Provide regular feedback and reporting to team leaders and managers on sales performance and customer satisfaction, contributing to continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* Hold a recognized qualification such as APA or CIP
* Complete CPD requirements in line with industry standards
* Minimum 2 years sales or customer service experience in a similar role, demonstrating adaptability and resilience
* Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
* Ability to work effectively within a team environment, promoting collaboration and open communication
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
