Join ARM's engineering team and help deliver safe, fast, and correct repair outcomes for policyholders and partners. You'll combine strong technical judgement with clear communication skills to keep customers safe and get vehicles back on the road — quickly and cost-effectively.
What you'll do
* Inspect damaged vehicles on-site and remotely; produce accurate, auditable repair estimates.
* Build estimates using Audatex, incorporating OEM repair methods and manufacturer data.
* Specify required labour, materials, ADAS calibrations, EV/hybrid safety precautions, and post-repair checks.
* Negotiate and agree repair authority with repairers; challenge total-loss decisions where appropriate.
* Validate supplements and variations; track cycle times, leakage, and key quality metrics (KPIs).
* Document all findings to an accurate and professional standard
* Support dispute resolution where required
What you'll bring
* 3+ years' experience in vehicle damage assessment or engineering (insurer, repairer, independent, or OEM).
* Strong proficiency in Audatex and a working understanding of OEM repair methodologies.
* Knowledge of EV/Hybrid systems and ADAS-related repair considerations.
* Clear and professional written and verbal communication in English.
* Full driving licence and willingness to travel regionally.
* Ideally hold VDA, ATA, IMI, or IAEA (or equivalent) accreditation.
Note: Candidates with strong vehicle damage estimating experience using Audatex in a workshop environment will receive training and financial support to obtain the necessary qualifications and specialist engineering certifications.
