About the role
The Regional Director of Security Operations (RDSO) leads and develops security operations across a large multinational datacenter client within the EMEA region. This senior leadership role oversees multi-disciplinary teams and ensures consistent delivery of safe, compliant, and high-performing security services. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders, global partners, and internal leadership to strengthen operational excellence, enhance safety culture, and support long-term growth. The RDSO is instrumental in shaping regional strategy, driving operational improvements, and ensuring the security program consistently meets the highest standards.
What you'll do
* Lead regional security teams and ensure cohesive operations to deliver effective datacenter security services.
* Drive strategic priorities and streamline processes across the region.
* Act as a trusted advisor to the client on security matters.
* Oversee manned guarding operations and ensure compliance with:
* Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
* Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
* Contractual requirements
* Produce high-quality performance reports and project updates.
* Guide regional initiatives and promote collaboration across global business groups.
* Use data and analytics to inform decision-making and improve outcomes.
* Prepare executive-level presentations for senior stakeholders.
* Support crisis and incident response when required.
* Ensure the region operates effectively in a 24/7 environment.

What you need to apply
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in business, management, security, or a related field
* Or equivalent experience
Experience:
10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in;
* Physical security
* Contract security
* Large-scale operations
* Minimum 3–5 years in a director-level position
Skills & Competencies:
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to engage confidently with senior executives
* Proven experience building strong partner relationships
Travel & Flexibility
* Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time for leadership meetings, program launches, and regional alignment.
