Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to manage Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI), Owner Furnished Equipment (OFE), and Factory Integration & Acceptance (FIA) processes for a major data center construction project in Belgium. Responsibilities Coordinate procurement, delivery, and installation of owner-furnished equipment Manage vendor relationships and equipment specifications Ensure seamless integration between owner-supplied and contractor-installed systems Lead factory acceptance testing protocols and procedures Coordinate with manufacturers for pre-delivery testing and commissioning Manage quality assurance and compliance verification processes Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) 7+ years in large-scale construction project management Minimum 3 years in data center or critical infrastructure projects Deep understanding of OFCI/OFE processes Experience with FIA testing and commissioning Knowledge of data center MEP systems and cooling technologies PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification desireable Fluency in English required; Dutch/French advantageous D&I Inclusion and Diversity are core to our culture and values.
