Job Title: Block Foreman - Apartments & or Duplexes
Location: West Dublin, Ireland - On Site position
Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate the construction of apartment blocks, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
* Manage and lead a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Oversee site operations, ensuring safety regulations and quality standards are met.
* Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders.
* Monitor and report on progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.
* Ensure proper use of materials and equipment, maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
* Implement and enforce health and safety policies and procedures on-site.
* Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets specifications and quality standards.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a foreman or in a similar supervisory role in construction.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
* Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering a flawless final product.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
* Relevant certification or degree in construction management or related field preferred.
