TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client in the public sector in Mayo to recruit a temporary Grade III Clerical Officer.
Location: Castlebar Hours: 35 hours full time hours (9-5) Duration: Temporary month to month initial contract Pay scale: €*****- €***** (depending on previous relevant public sector experience) Available for Immediate Start Role Overview This temporary role provides comprehensive administrative and PA-style support to a senior management function within the public sector.
The position requires a high level of organisation, accuracy, and professionalism, with responsibility for maintaining records, managing sensitive information, and supporting day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities -Maintain and update departmental trackers, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date -Upload and manage relevant information within CRM and database systems -Manage and update records efficiently while maintaining data integrity -Prepare, type, and format correspondence, letters, and reports -Take accurate minutes of meetings and circulate documentation as required -Log, track, and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence -Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism -Provide reception cover when required, including greeting visitors and managing telephone enquiries -Carry out filing and document management duties (primarily online systems) -Support general office administration and assist colleagues as required -Ensure compliance with public sector administrative procedures and standards Key Skills & Attributes -Proven administrative or clerical experience, ideally within a public sector or similar environment -Strong experience using databases, trackers, and CRM systems -Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy -Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines -Strong written and verbal communication skills -Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately -Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems -Professional, reliable, and capable of working independently and as part of a team Please apply with your updated CV asap.
