Job Description
As a full-time Pool Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all swimmers and guests by monitoring pool activities, enforcing safety rules, and responding to emergencies. You must remain alert, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean and safe swimming environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise swimmers and pool areas at all times
* Enforce pool rules and safety regulations
* Perform rescues and provide first aid/CPR when necessary
* Conduct regular safety checks and report hazards
* Maintain cleanliness and proper chemical levels in the pool area
Requirements
* Valid lifeguard certification (e.g., Red Cross or equivalent)
* CPR and First Aid certification
* Strong observational and communication skills
* Ability to stay calm and act quickly in emergencies
