We are seeking an experienced professional to drive our pharmaceutical projects through their lifecycle.

The successful candidate will have at least 20 years' experience in Project Oversight roles, ideally in a pharma environment. They will be able to interpret construction contractual documents and contract modifications, and have undertaken multiple projects within the Life Sciences sector.

Key Responsibilities:
 * Drive project oversight function, including PM Fee Management, Project Capital Cost Management, Project Schedule Management, Project Accountancy Management, and Project Risk Management
 * Oversee on-site planning team and track data for budgets, contracts, change orders, trends, and actual costs
 * Help lead project delivery team and establish unified and high standard of data outputs
 * Promote open communication and collaboration between all parties
 * Ensure efficient management of change and planning of discipline aspects of change control process
 * Understand construction and CQV related engineering procedures & interfaces and ensure these are reflected in project controls deliverables
