Garage Management Position
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Garage Manager to join our team in East Limerick. This is a full-time permanent position responsible for the end-to-end management of all garage activities, ensuring vehicles are maintained to the highest standards of safety, reliability, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage daily operations of the in-house garage, ensuring efficient servicing, repair, and maintenance of fleet vehicles.
* Develop and maintain structured preventative maintenance systems to minimize downtime.
* Maintain accurate documentation and inspection records within robust compliance systems.
* Monitor workshop performance using KPIs to ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high quality standards.
