A well-established and growing Irish business group is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrator to join its finance team based in Naas.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working as part of a busy accounts function, has strong organisational skills, and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency. Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain supplier invoice and credit databases across multiple companies
Manage company credit card reconciliations
Assist with monthly payment runs
Handle daily supplier queries and calls professionally
Enter and reconcile bank payment transactions
Perform supplier and bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Process non-supplier payments
Administer fuel cards and toll tags
Investigate and resolve invoice queries
Manage accounts email inbox
Maintain accurate records and filing systems
Assist with audit preparationSupport the wider finance team with ad hoc administrative duties
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Previous experience in an accounts payable or finance administration role (preferred but not essential)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
