Lead Generation Marketing Manager
We have an exciting opportunity available in our Marketing department for Verisure Ireland, with locations in Dublin, London, or Newcastle. We are seeking a reliable, experienced Lead Generation Manager to join our busy marketing team and be part of Europe’s leading home and business security provider. This is a full-time, newly created role with a clear career path to Marketing Director.
Lead Generation Marketing Manager Job Purpose
As the Lead Generation Manager, you will report to the Marketing Director and be responsible for ensuring optimal performance in both online and ATL marketing. You will present learnings, assist in budget and forecast exercises, analyze performance, and provide critical business support to drive decision-making. The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, well-organized, persistent, detail-oriented, and possess effective communication skills.
The candidate will lead our Lead Generation operations with a hands-on approach to website improvements. Understanding our CMS, CRM, and other relevant databases is essential. The candidate should quickly develop in-depth knowledge of our business to influence decisions. Independence, entrepreneurial spirit, self-direction, and the ability to establish reporting and processes are crucial to support marketing leadership and strategic projects.
Job Duties
1. Digital CRO: Test and update the website, landing pages, and funnels to improve conversion rates, lead quality, and volumes.
2. Marketing Content: Generate and adapt new video and image designs for online marketing and ATL campaigns, supervise graphic design, and enhance text content for SEO.
3. TV Performance & Support: Understand TV advertising's influence on lead generation, coordinate with production agencies, and manage timely delivery of TV content.
4. Lead Allocation Optimization: Review campaign performance daily, analyze dips and peaks, test lead distribution channels, and track digital marketing effectiveness across branches, providing analysis and action plans.
5. Financial Reporting: Manage financial responsibilities, ensure timely reports, variance explanations, billing, and controls over client billing and credit notes.
Requirements / MUST have:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or Business; Master’s preferred.
* Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
* Advanced HTML and CSS skills.
* Knowledge of SEO best practices.
* SQL and database management skills are a plus.
* Reliable, autonomous, organized, and able to prioritize tasks.
* Highly analytical with data-driven decision-making skills.
* Experience or interest in marketing.
