BIM Clash Manager Job Description
We are seeking a skilled BIM Clash Manager to join our team and play a key role in ensuring potential clashes in project BIM models are identified, managed, and resolved.
Main Responsibilities:
* Liaise with technical disciplines to ensure clash-free models are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
* Develop and implement effective clash management plans to mitigate risks and optimize project outcomes.
* Establish and report on Navisworks clash models to facilitate collaboration and inform decision-making.
* Coordinate design clashes across teams to ensure seamless integration and minimize delays.
* Escalate issues promptly to prevent project disruptions.
Required Qualifications:
* A primary degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is essential.
* At least 5 years of experience as a Project Engineer/Technical Designer is required.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and NavisWorks is mandatory.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills are vital for success in this role.
