Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead our civil and environmental design team. As Principal Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of projects in a timely, high-quality, and cost-effective manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary design team to achieve project goals.
* Mentor and develop senior and junior staff members to enhance their skills and expertise.
* Prepare technical reports and tender documentation that meet the highest standards.
* Collaborate with Project Directors to plan and manage design activities.
* E nsure all work complies with internal quality assurance processes and health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
* A degree in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering or a related field is essential.
* Minimum 15 years of post-graduate experience in design and project management is required.
* A proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary design teams is necessary.
