Essential Qualifications
* Proven experience in an engineering capacity across software, hardware, or mechanical disciplines within research and development industries
* A history of managing large teams (20+ members) with success
* The ability to balance people management on a daily basis while also contributing hands-on work when required
* Experience working with cross-functional teams through planning, execution, and resourcing
* Effective budgeting and resource management skills
