This permanent role involves working as part of a dedicated team to deliver exceptional customer service to clients.
Based in Galway, the role requires working night shifts from 5pm to 1am, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities include:
* Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat;
* Addressing and resolving concerns related to orders, product information, refunds, commissions and account issues;
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Fluency in English is essential, along with strong telephone and customer service skills.
A valid driver's license is required due to late hours. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently and as part of a team.
