Job Description
We are seeking a Junior Safety Officer to support our projects in West Waterford. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of health and safety procedures on site, conducting regular site inspections and risk assessments, supporting incident reporting and toolbox talks.
The ideal candidate will have some experience working on construction sites, as well as a strong understanding of occupational health and safety principles. They should also possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with site management teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in implementing health & safety procedures on site
* Carry out site inspections and risk assessments
* Spy out incident reporting and toolbox talks
Necessary Skills:
1. A qualification in Occupational Health & Safety (or working towards)
2. Prior experience working on construction sites preferred
